SAI governance is designed to resolve disputes aimed at transactions involving banking and finance, corporate and commercial, trade and investments, constructions, engineering, insurance, intellectual property, family, consumer and marine disputes, among others.

As part of this commitment, SAI is implementing ADR Rules (hereinafter referred to as “the SAI Rules”) pre-mediated to provide a structured and impartial process for resolving conflicts outside traditional litigation channels. It applies automatically in the form of binding nature and shall apply to each arbitration, mediation or conciliation, commenced under it.

SAI rules are structured to be honest and user-friendly, ensuring that parties involved in disputes can easily navigate the resolution process. These rules are also designed to be flexible, allowing for updates and improvements every time new legislative amendments are introduced. This adaptability ensures that the SAI continues to serve the best interests of the parties involved in disputes, providing an effective and current method for conflict resolution.

SAI embarks its vision to promote Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism that shall not only encourage parties to resolve their disputes through ADR but also understand the purpose and concept of ADR through various CSR activities, Courses, Conferences, Seminars, Lectures, Promotion, Publication of articles, blogs etc.
